• Lowell District Court-After a two-car roll-over crash on the Lowell Connector, our client was taken to the hospital. The motion to suppress statement was denied, the verdict at trial was not guilty.
• Lowell District Court-Negligent homicide - Client deemed not guilty after trial. We called an accident Reconstruction expert to re-buff statements of the Government's expert (who thought the client was traveling 89 mph at time of accident). We convinced the jury that the client was only doing 60 mph, at the most, when the car entered the ditch and rolled over.

Business Law

• Cambridge Superior Court-Business client was owed a substantial amount of money from a third-party business. This Firm brought a reach and apply action and successfully attached over 20,000 dollars from the third-party business. This was all done in two days, and this fast, aggressive action allowed to the action to occur without the client interrupting his business.
• Boston Superior Court-Business Litigation Court. Our business client wanted an injunction, enforcement of a non-compete agreement, and money damages against a past employee. We were ultimately awarded a money judgment.
