- Lowell District Court-After a two-car roll-over crash on the Lowell Connector, our client was taken to the hospital. The motion to suppress statement was denied, the verdict at trial was not guilty.
- Lowell District Court-Negligent homicide, deemed not guilty after trial. We called an accident Reconstruction expert to re-buff statements of the Government's expert (who thought the client was traveling 89 mph at time of accident). We convinced the jury that the client was only doing 60 mph, at the most, when the car entered the ditch and rolled over.
- Lowell District Court-Client was charged with OUI/DWI (drugs). We hired a medical expert who testified that because of prior head injuries she could not perform well on the field sobriety tests and that they should be discounted as they relate to the officers opinion of impairment. Our client was found not guilty.
